Achieving water security is not just about adapting our infrastructure to a changing climate, engineering new technology for more efficient water use, or finding new environmentally friendly methods of wastewater treatment. It is also crucial that we strengthen and build global capacity to effectively implement tools, methods, and frameworks. Without that, whatever we do will lack the long-term potential for the sustainable impact we need to fight the water crisis.

We’re committed to building capacity not just within our team, but also across our global network, and we're developing case studies of how applying systems thinking can provide a good basis for the integration of interdisciplinary research and practice to enable equitable, inclusive and fair solutions for all.
